speedBend for Maya v1.06

There are many ways to bend a tube in Maya, extruding with a curve, poly bridge, wedge tool, or bend deformer. But they all require some setup. Some are easy but less flexible, and some take many steps. speedBend is taking away those tedious steps and bringing back the fun of bending tubes. simply select the end cap of the tube to extrude or bend, or select the faces where you want to bend.
